Rethinking the American Dream

Time is our worst enemy. When you are young you just worry about living life and working to build something in the future. we all are constantly pursuing the American Dream, and as long as we are alive it will never be accomplished.New technologies are constantly being created so we also have to update ourselves. To some that means buying the new items that come out. As human beings we always want bigger and better than others no matter what the cost. At the beginning of the class Fear & Loathing talks directly about the American dream, In the matter of making life as easy as possible.Indian killer, Beloved, and Woman Warrior were stories about a select group of people going through some type of struggle for a positive result or a better outcome. Some may not have the means of making it as far as they want to and other might have more tools at their disposal. If you work hard with a little push behind you anything is possible to accomplish.
